Construction:
Polished mahogany, brass fittings. Mauve square cornered leather bellows.

Format:
3 ¼" x 4 ¼" plates held in double dark-slides.

Focusing:
Bellows. Single extension.

Attributes:
Tripod socket.

This is a very simple camera having a single extension, the rear standard is held in place by a clamping screw, there is no rack & pinion. J.J. Shew advertised a 'Model Pocket Dry-Plate Camera' at 28/- which may be this camera.

The camera can be accurately dated by the address of 28 Wardour St. on the name plaque; J.J. Shew was at this address for around a year.
