The Speed was manufactured by N&G and produced in three sizes:

  • 4.5 x 6 cm, introduced 1923
  • 3 ½" x 2 ½", introduced 1924
  • 3 ¼" x 4 ¼", introduced 1926

The largest size did not sell as well as the two smaller sizes. An f5.6 Dallon telephoto lens was available in focal lengths of 6", 9" and 11". A soft-focus f4.5 of 3 ½", 5" and 6" focal lengths was also available but not widely advertised. The cost of the camera with f2.9 lens was £25, £32 and £40 respectively.
