3 ½" x 2 ½" plates held in slides.

Bellows to 1 yard.

Attributes:
Identoscope brilliant view-finder with automatic adjustment for rising front. Spirit level.

Rise and cross front.

Notes:
Adams address on camera and slide pouch: 24 Charing Cross Road. (1908 - 1932).

With:
f6.8, 9" Ross Telecentric. Iris diaphragm to f32. Serial no. 88631 (c.1919). 6 single metal slides in Adams pouch. Slides are French. One negative.

The focal-plane version of the Vesta did not prove as popular as the other models. It was produced in two sizes, 3 ½" x 2 ½" and 3 ¼" x 4 ¼" A Tessar was usually fitted. Illustrations show slight differences in the layout of the shutter controls. A bulge on the side of the camera near the release knob housed the bulb for the pneumatic release. The camera was normally supplied with a hooded focusing screen and slides.
