The Super Ikonta was produced in four sizes: A, B, C and D.

Early models of the A, C and D had a black finish and the shutter release on the shutter. With the introduction of the Model 11 in 1936 these earlier models were called the model 1. From 1937 the model 1 was improved with the addition of a body-release, an Albada finder and a sliding cover to the red windows.

The model 11 was produced in the A and C sizes, it had a body-release, an Albada finder, chrome finish and an interlock between the film-advance and the shutter. Mounted on the front standard are the rotating prisms of the rangefinder, these are rotated as the lens is focused.

The filters with this example are in black push-on mounts with the Zeiss logo on the glass.
