This is a conventional folding roll-film camera of good construction and finish. The Inos is a dual format (6 x 9 cm and 4.5 x 6 cm) version of an earlier camera known in Britain as the 'Roll-film'. The earlier model appeared around 1925, and had an all black finish. In 1930 the 'Roll-film' was changed to have nickel trim to the edges of the body and a more compact construction. A second model Inos was produced in c.1933, this had a self-erecting front and focusing by a wheel on the body. Various lens/shutter combinations were available. Other sizes of the 'Roll-film' were 3" x 2", 2 ½" x 4 ¼" and 3 ¼" x 5 ½".
