This very odd camera carries an Adams name plaque, the leather covering is typical of Adams as is the handle, the serial number - 101 - is stamped into the leather at the base of the camera. It was not an advertised model nor does it have any particular merits that would make it saleable. Most probably it was a one-off commissioned by a customer. The focus is exceptionally close.
