Round film-advance knob. Small back catch. Tripod bush.

The No.2 Brownie was introduced in 1901. The first version had a fine-grain finish to the body and a detachable film-advance key. I n 1902 the key was permanently attached and pulled out to load the film. Further versions were produced into the 1930s.

This was the first camera designed at Kodak's Harrow factory. A number of colours were available when introduced - blue, black, green, grey, claret, brown and red. The blue and black finishes ceased in 1933, green the following year, production ended in 1935.
